A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the Michigan Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oath and affirmations, and performing other notarial acts authorized by law.

A mobile notary is a notary public that travels door to door to execute notarial acts. The rates charged by mobile notaries tend to be higher than conventional static notaries due to travel costs and time considerations.

Our rates differ based on what service(s) you need as well as your location.  We offer a flat rate of $10 per signature and the following flat rate travel fees:

• $20 up to 25 miles
• $30 26-50 miles
• Call for pricing over 50 miles
• $25 convenience fee after 8 PM EST
• $10 convenience fee for late arrivals of 30 minutes or more

• Notary personally knows the individual who is requesting a notarial act.
• Signer provides a valid driver license, passport or other pictured state/federal issued personal identification card.
• Notary upon the oath or affirmation of a credible witness personally known by the Notary, and the witness personally knows the individual.

• 24 hour advance notice unless same day service is reserved
• Advance payment required for same day service
• Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. This can be accomplished via text, email or phone call. This does not apply to same day appointments.
• Payment is expected upon the arrival of the notary. The notarization(s) will not commence until payment is made in full.
• COVID-19 Precautions. We practice a philosophy of being “Safe” rather than “Sorry”. Our notaries wear masks, use hand sanitizer, provide you with new unused ink pens and wear shoe covers in your residence. This we believe is for your safety and well as ours.
